Ingredients:

2 salmon fillets

2 tbsp olive oil

1 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped

1 tbsp fresh dill, chopped

1 tsp garlic, minced

Zest of ½ lemon

Salt and pepper to taste

Lemon wedges (for serving)
Instructions:

Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).

In a small bowl, mix parsley, dill, garlic, lemon zest, olive oil, salt, and pepper.
