Herb-Crusted Baked Salmon with Roasted Vegetables

Enjoy an easy, gout-friendly dinner recipe that supports your joints! This Herb-Crusted Baked Salmon is high-protein and rich in Omega-3s to help fight inflammation and manage uric acid levels.

 

Ingredients:

  • 2 salmon fillets 

  • 2 tbsp olive oil

  • 1 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped

  • 1 tbsp fresh dill, chopped

  • 1 tsp garlic, minced

  • Zest of ½ lemon

  • Salt and pepper to taste

  • Lemon wedges (for serving)


Instructions:

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).

  2. In a small bowl, mix parsley, dill, garlic, lemon zest, olive oil, salt, and pepper.

  3. Place salmon fillets on a lined baking sheet, skin-side down.

  4. Press the herb mixture onto the top of each fillet.

  5. Bake for 12–15 minutes, or until salmon flakes easily with a fork.

  6. Serve with lemon wedges and a side of steamed veggies.
