Ingredients

  • 3 cups pitted tart cherries, fresh or frozen

  • 1 cup rolled oats

  • 0.5 cups almond flour

  • 0.3 cups chopped walnuts

  • 0.3 cups coconut oil, melted

  • 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon

  • 2 tablespoons pure maple syrup

  • 1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice

  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Instructions

  • Preheat the oven to 375°F.

  • Toss the cherries in a baking dish with the lemon juice and 1 tablespoon of the maple syrup.
